iTunes won't load ??

I'm not at my house right now so i'm not sure what exactly the message that pops up says but it says something about it can't load because it doesn't have the required files and i need to reinstall it

I don't know if i really should becuase i don't have all my downloaded music and podcasts saved to my files and i don't exactly know how to reinstall it because it there before when my brothers and sistsers used it

if i am not wrong you can uninstall it and install it again and it will load everything because its in the file named "itunes library" in "my music" folder
