I've used beryl before and I just loved how it was so... organic. It just moved as if it was always part of the desktop. Sadly I'm locked to windows because wine won't work well with PS2 and Foobar2000. Anyway Thats what I'm looking for, please help.
What is the most organic cube for windows?
DeskSpace from otaku software is probably the best virtual multiple desktop app out for Windows. Works very similar to beryl when configured properly.
Watch out though cause it's heavy on resources and memory!! ![]()
...would give link but, board won't let me yet ![]()
just google: Otaku ![]()
w00t! late response FTW!
Hi -
If you used Beryl, you'd probably be more pleased with
- experimented with the trial version and it looked fine, just was a bit "strange" in response, but it looks like they want to improve that for the next version...
As free alternative, try
http://www.aqua-soft.org/board/showthread.php?t=46298
from Matonga - think it's on hold at the moment, but still the closest to Beryl for free...
Thanks nuahs and thewer. I tried all of them so far, except I don't think they come close to the level of sophistication I wanted from them yet. I'll probably wait until theres a more popular one I guess, Thanks!
