Window´s bottom on the Left side

I tried minutes ago a japanese soft, the LeftSider but is too incomplete

1-Its Only works with Explorer

2-Its not compatible with classic mode

3-The FindeXer and the text of the menus go to right side :S

Its Only eats 420K of Ram and Work on 64 version of Vista and XP :D

Someone can do a similar application??? ^O^
