[help] Control Panel As Folder In Menu

Is there anyway of displaying the control panel as a folder in the kkmenu? (like u can set it to display as an expanding menu in the start menu..)

I've tried setting the folder as explorer.exe /root {long arguement} but that doesn't work.

Anyone help?
