Yes! The rumors about it were indeed true. The macbook air is now a reality. Incredibly thin meets incredibly powerful. Starting at $1799 with Intel Core 2 Duo and 2GB RAM. A gorgeous 13.3 inch display. And get this, no ethernet! It uses the latest 802.11 (802.11n if I am correct) for all of your wireless needs.

New features include:

-Backlit keyboard that automatically adjusts for places like dark areas or airplanes.

-L.E.D. backlit display which is brighter, and conserves energy.

-Brand new trackpad, which also introduces 3 new features: pinch, swipe, and rotate.

-Includes Bluetooth 2.1

-Remote Disc software which enables you to use a CD/DVD from ANY computer. PC or Mac.
