OSX Taskbar/ObjectBar effect

Can the effect picture below, which was done on OSX, with the taskbar essentially transparent or removed altogether apart from the file, edit labels, etc., be acheived with ObjectBar and if so how?

possible, i think with ob 2.1, as it can essentially immitate/emulate vista sidebar or vista start menu. am using ver 1.65, wherein total transparency can be faked by copying a strip/top of current wallpaper, remove/disable taskbar shadows, and visually show only the taskbar elements Finder File Edit etc etc.

To have that look in the sshot, the mentioned elements would have to be static, and not take over menus of running apps, and the shadow effect in between the elements will have to be faked as well.

Yep, possible, but for the real deal, hmm, will check this out with 2.1 trial ver

objectbar doesn't allow transparency you need to edit the bar.bmp in photoshop

ahh, it slipped my mind during my first post. Yeah, those hollywood guys are really good when it comes to such things. and as i've said, you can actually imitate your screenshot, you just have to modify that theme's configs and .bmps (permission required! hehe) to create space and shadows between the elements...
