something went wrong with my mac mini. it's less than a month old, and as far as i know, it just crashed but still functional. just a problem...ALL MY FILES ARE GONE! all my songs in iTunes, all my videos in iMovie, all my music in GarageBand, all my documents in the Documents folder and even all the icons on the Desktop. GONE! Someone help. I was scrolling through my iTunes library of less than 950 songs on FrontRow and it froze. so i rebooted and all my stuff were gone
Note:
>I installed an ilife 08 update a few weeks ago
>My Mac mini is on Mac OS X 10.4.10
>1.83 GHz, Intel Core 2 Duo
>1 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM
>Safari browsing history is still alive
>I tried the thing with the disk utility repai, still nothing
>the time i rebooted from the freezing, my desktop icons were gone (songs, documents, movies, etc. still there)
>the second time i rebooted all the things within the HD (songs, documents, movies, pictures etc.) were GONE!
If you need anymore clues to solving this mystery, just email me: jobigutierrez@yahoo.com
