Installing Icons

I download this icons pack from DA and I need help on how to install it.

Which icons? Dock icons? Icons for hard drives, folders and file types? Icons to replace Windows default ones?

You own a Mac and are trying to replace Mac OS X icons with SpaceShifter?

Please be more specific!

Folders icons, i have a PC.
