The answer to this exists in the forum but, please be specific. Eg. iTunes or other specific programs may have different ways.
What do you mean by "display a picture"? Would you like to transfer photos to your iPod?
Album art? View-> Show Artwork or just +G.
Like I see alot of people on the forum use itune and when they play a song, theres a picture at the bottom right (which is so cool).
@ Mac InTos it saids i need to make an itune account and it ask for my credit card. Does it take money from my credit card if I use it to get the picture?
Album Art is a picture associated with music files to visually represent the audio file. In iTunes, the album art will show up in the Cover Flow and Grouped views. You can get the album art from iTunes but you have to have an account to do this which requires a credit card in case you buy something. The album art is free so you will not be billed for retrieving art.
iTunes does not have all artwork so you can supplement retrieval of artwork from Amazon, Ebay, the web, etc.. You can also use pictures/photos as album art.
I think what you're talking about is having the Album Art show up on your desktop while you're working. I have a Mac and I use a very nice program called "You Control Tunes" to do this. There are several other programs for Mac. I'm not familiar with this type of program for windows.
