Can anyone pls explain how to get the dock in the attached image works? I have seen this style occuring a lot lately and specifically am wondering whether the black strip at the bottom of the desktop in the attached image is the entire dock, a strip across the wallpaper, or something else. Can anyone shed any light? Thank you.
Actually is a dock with no a background and the icons are just words. the black strip is most likely part of the wall itself...
And the weather at the right are probably desklets / widgets.
You can try AveDesk, or Yahoo! Widgets, for that (don't know other desklet/widget progs, use wichever suits best to you).
This is a Rissol's Theme screenshot called Embrace u can found his amazing work on DA it's probaudly part of the wallpaper but go ask him for yourself.

yeah i think so too having looked at it some more. It's a dark strip added to give consistency to the background so the text icons and samurize and ave items or whatever can show through more clearly. Thanks.
