A detailed description would help to help you, something such as error message, what happens, or if you just double-click the installer and nothing happens, or a "need administrador privileges" or alike message appears, or whatever is happening that doesn't let you install.
Doh...errr... No need to 'install', the download in an executable... just double click to start the app. Jeez.

Try double clicking your downloaded app... it's called DeskTunes...hello?
Just one thing this tool is for Mac only 
So there cant be any .exe
