I guess me and you are the same because I wanted my Windows to look like a MAC as well.
What I did is i used RKLauncher, Panther theme, and Yahoo Widget Calender. It is a complete transformation to a MAC ( :

Firstly, Mac, in the form of Mac OS X or a Mac computer, is not an acronym. Therefore only the first letter is capitalized.
Secondly, there was a thread about a person emulating Windows on Mac OS X on a different forum, but I don't think he made it clear which version of Windows he was emulating. It is rare, but some people do it. Its not the most taboo thing that could happen. There are a couple of skins out there based on Windows XP for OS X.
