Remove ad line from Skype ("Call cheaply...")

Does anyone know how to get rid of "Call cheaply to mobile phones ..@ ad line from Skype

I have already asked at Skype forum and it seems to me that those who want to get rid of it don't know the answer and those who know it for sure (Skype developers) don't want to tell.

Okay I have just talked to one of Skype guys and he told me that you need to have money on your account in order to get rid of that ad. There are no other ways to remove it.
