"Open" window

Hello all, I am currently working on a French Tiger modding pack and I wanted to know wich files should I open in ResHack to change the look of the "Open" window (The window wich pop-up for opening a file.)

I seem to remember flyakite saying that file is ridiculously difficult to ResHack, as it usually causes a number of resulting system problems. See if you can search the forums to find out any other difficulties people had...

I've already began to mod the themeui.dll

I must say it's not so dificult but you must pay attention not to mess the file

I've alredy messed the file 3 times, getting a strange error like :

"This is not a valid Windows image file, please verify on your installation disk." or similar.

And, a little quastion, anyone know how to make this (The part iin red) :

PPS: Began to tweak tskmgr.exe

I can't test the window because I don't know where I can access it... ^^'
