Making my windows fade

i have the same theme but i dont know if the guy didnt make this part of the theme

if you are able to if its his own personal program but id like to be able to make my windows fade at the bottom like this

I think (and this is just a guess, so take it for what it's worth) it's just an effect he used for the screenshot. IE: he took one shot with no window, then one with, then blended them in Photoshop specifically for the screenshot (to show the background better).

but man i still would like to see something like that

oh yeah and the picture quality isnt as great because i took a screenshot and shrunk it down

but it looks a lot smoother than that
