hey ive recently upgraded to leopard but now my epson CX5800f prints but there is hardly anything on the sheet when it comes out.. i did some research and i found this page http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support...s¬eoid=94207
but i dont have that Gutenpringt anywhere? so im not sure if i have to install new drivers or what ?
if anyone can help me out it would be greatly appreciated
If this was Windows, I would suggest this:
Uninstall the printer driver;
Locate the drivers here (click) ;
And Follow the installation instructions here (Click) PDF;
Try that. I would assume that process for OS X Leopard is very similar to Windows, but I'll let our Mac users put you in the right direction...
i kinda did that.. i went into system prefs deleted the printer and re added it but same results when i download a new driver from epsons site i only get
Epsan scan installer
Interpreter 5a.bundle
DTR2.bundle
DTR.bundle
and asupport folder anda im not even sure where the bundle files go ?
Unfortunately, I'm out of my depth on this one. I suspect the next course of action is to contact tech support.
