iPhone Theme? Where is it from?

Does anyone have a clue where this iphone/ipod touch theme is from?

I think it is just a theme someone pieced together, and not released to be downloaded.

I can tell you that the icons are called "Realize" (here and here, though, some look like to be custom icons) and the wallpaper is called "Dark Aluminum Shelves".

With you're help, I was able to find the icons, which turned out to be designed by a different designer (http://macthemes2.net/forum/viewtopic.php?id=16782984). It's good stuff! Thanks a lot!
