Just a crazy idea but could i install tiger on a PC or would that not work?

That would be your best source of information. However, support for this will not be discussed here. It is illegal to install Mac OS X on a computer not manufactured by Apple, per the license agreement when you install the operating system. Please find another community to learn more about this topic, thank you.
