TaskBar Help

How can you change the position of the taskbar want it to be at the top but don't know how to do it

Right click it, uncheck "lock the taskbar"

then click and hold it and move it around wherever you wish (top ,bottom, left, right)

Maybe this is too obvious but here it goes: also you may want to lock the taskbar again, once you have it in the desired position.
