Well, i decided that, although the Aqua-Soft skin IS great, i would make my own. I bought satellite and modified a lot of images and this is what i have so far (the toolbar is displayed aligned to the left in IE for some reason but looks fine in Firefox) http://www.scape-server.org/

I might release the skin if enough people want it. If anyone has any idea how to fix the aligning issue then please tell me!

You should make them smaller, probably size 9 with Lucida grande.
I give it a 3.5
Actually I'd recommend a 10-12 point font, so it's not hard to read and the buttons would be huge compared to a tiny font. Also, maybe remove the excess shadow on the buttons font
overall, I'd give it 7.0/10, you can make it a little better
^I have to agree with him about removing the shadows.
P.S - My rate is 3.5 out of 5 which is the same as SG A310's rate.
Try making the skin a little more like the Mac GUI. (Close, minimize, maximize buttons)
Thanks for the feedback. SG-A310, i do not want a banner image because it is meant to be nice n' simple
By the way, this is my first attempt at a vBulletin skin I will do what you said with the font and shadow.
