No noise.. And no hardware added.
Power supply could be DEAD
Could be any problem....motherboard, bad RAM, PSU.....do you use integrated graphics?

I Have another computer for parts and this is the one was builded with spare parts. the one that I having the problems with.I was wondering if I could use the power pack in the spare comp. Also is there a way you can check the mother board..RAM, PSU.....??? Thanks For your reply and everyone else.
Integrated Graphics is a graphics controller being sent directly from your motherboard, lacking a PCI, AGP card.
integrated graphics, already built-in with motherboard, not a separate graphics card that insert in a slot in the motherboard....
you can replace any part with spares, as long as they are of the same specs...
to check hardware? well if your system is already running, use diagnostic software (ex. CheckIt...). if you are testing from scratch, you should have a spare comp that is functioning properly. repalce the part (ex. RAM) of the spare computer with the part you want tested. do this with each hardware individually...whew! quite messy and lots of sweat. lol!
It's probably a hardware problem.... does NOTHING come up or windows just not boot?
I've had a similar problem with a very old computer I used to have... I just got a new one since it was a hardware issue, something broke and the screen was completely blank and the dell (yes..) logo didn't even show up
So if you turn it on. Does any light go on, does it beep?
He already said it didn't make noise, so i would say it is integrated graphics. Find your what slot you have and buy a new card that fits that slot.
