http://www.modmyifone.com is a good place to start. Though, they are going through a server change and the site is acting a little weird.
If your searching, search for iPhone web apps instead of "iPod touch", you'll get better results.

If they work on the iPhone, they'll probably work on the iPod Touch. I mean, things with linkable addresses, phone numbers, etc. won't work, but most other apps should.

What are you talking about? A website is a website. The iPhone and iPod touch share the same browser and render things exactly the same. The only things that wont work would be phone number and email links. >_<
