Folder name beneath icon rather than next to it

Is this possible at all? I know that the title is underneath if it is a thumbnail, but with folders in explorer it generally displays them next to the icon. Any help would be appreciated.

From Explorer Menu bar Select View Menu and choose icons.

That's a simple one guys. Learning a bit more about the standard features would seem to be in order?
