Aqua-Soft ForumsI have installed Leopard (clean new install) and now I cannt get search to find my files. If I search "This Mac" it finds words inside documents but it finds absolutely nothing if I search for the file name. Not in Documents at least.
Even if I lead it to search the Documents folder specifically, it will not find anything by file name when using the file name search. The documents are right there with the correct titles, but search will not find them. I have tried cutting and pasting the file names too so as to be sure that they don't contain any hidden characters or anything.
Does anyone know what I could possibly do to search for file names inside my documents folder and subfolders therein?
