Font smoothing with TTEdit or other

Someone can explain me how to use TTEdit to modify some fonts?

Many people have said to me that they use this software, but I do not understand the language:(

Chun, Spina, or someone mas can help me?

Maybe there are translations for TTedit, if not, go for something else (like the one recommended in the tutorial).

Edit: did you actually pay 5000 yen for that?! :P
