Mind you, its just a clamshell 300mhz with a 10gb hard drive and 192mb ram, but it was free! And it has airport! I'm ordering OSX 10.2.3 now for $30 dollars off eBay. This will make developing apps so much easier. :boob shake: :boob shake: :boob shake:

Photo678 - I'm an all around computer nerd. I helped a friend build a new, swanky, uber-silent computer. It came out really nice - and as a 'thank you', my friend gave me his old iBook, along with two boxes full of assorted mac junk - software, how-to manuals, etc, etc, etc.
To say that I'm ecstatic would be an understatement. I just hope its fast enough to run OS X. <_<

I heard good stuff about Panther. 
Good luck on that... I just read somewhere that Apple wasn't going to support the older macs including the 300 mhz iBook after some group sued Apple about OSX not running on them. Hope it isn't true.
Edit: Good news is you can run iTunes on it and see how it compares to a certain app that some guy is working on.
