iTunes minimized bar like Winamp 5's

One day I've seen on one desk screen itunes bar like winamp (a line near the Finder menu)

Does someone knows is it a skin or a program ?

I can't remember the screen. Maybe someone has got what I/m talking about and send me the screen ?

If it's OS X, then it could be GimmeSomeTune, if it's Windows, then it's a built-in iTunes feature: Simply right-click on your taskbar and choose "iTunes" from the toolbar-menu [i don't know what this is exactly called in English, but in German it's "Symbolleisten". Nevertheless, it should be the first context-menu-entry}.

I don't see that option in the Toolbars menu.... Is it supposed to work in x64 windows xp?
