How to move sending bar to the left-side panel in Thunderbird

In Apple Mail the progress bar and sendingreceiving status is put to the side panel.

Does anyone know how to do the same in Thunderbird ? For example there is an extension. Accounts bar which does pretty close thing. It creates manage accounts buttons at the side panel.
