Based on the angle of the text that may be the deviant's personal SysStat's config. Not sure of the icon's he used. Did you try sending a pm to him/her over at dA?

Actually that is probably Avedesk shortcuts. You can set label postition and rotation very easily to match that. Dunno about the icons though.

Rotate the text and the icons are not a problem. I refer to the circular meter of the icons, which says the percentage of free space on disc.
