Getting Apps To Minimize To RK Launcher

I just installed FlyakiteOSX v3.5 and I like it

but im having trouble getting Firefox and AIM to minimize to RK Launcher

ive gone into the settings checked "minimize to RK Launcher" and "show new applications"

and for some reason its still not working

any suggestions??
