RKLauncher access denied.

My windows have a admin and a limited access account. The problem happens only when the limited access account is being used. Each time when the user wants to log out, the system will pop an error msg Access to C;/Programs Files/ RK Launcher/RK Launcher.conf was denied. How can i solve this problem?
