iTunes playlist problem

I am looking for a easy way to correct playlist problems. I have a playlist on my ipod that has 4108 songs on it. It was that same in iTunes before I reinstalled Windows I also exported the playlist for backup and it is stored on a external drive with my other music. Once I reinstalled Windows and got iTunes back up and running, I tried to reimport the playlist it said that some of the items could not be imported because they could not be found. 4068 of the 4108 original songs were imported from the playlist.

Anyone know of any programs that can check playlists against the orignal iTunes Library to show what items could not have been found? Manually trying to do this is just was too time consuming

Just copy/paste all the songs from your iPod to your Library. Choose not to overwrite, and then all your missing files will be there.

That will not help because I have all of my songs. I just need to know what is missing from the playlist that couldn't be found. Besides, all of the files on the iPod are in 4-letter title format, so it won't ask to overwrite anyway
