Well, I'm going to assume you have Installer.app and SummerBoard installed. Open up Installer, go to the sources pane, hit edit and then add. My repository is located at http://nucleardesign.net/repository/, and once added all of my SummerBoard themes as well as a few others (namely REALIZE by Shiizun) will be available from the Themes (SummerBoard) category.
