Rocketdock skin problem

i`m heaving problems with my leopard skin for rocketdock

here is my skin i made some changes on the skin but i can not change the separator

What is the problem ?,if you want to change the style just try to edit the .ini file,good luck,also just attached the image in the thread,tell it what is wrong,thank's
