Help With Properties Dialog

Hi guys, I'm having a rare problem since I installed Snowe2 shell32 on my system. Everything worked fine except for this: whenever I right click a folder in order tu customize it or change any of its properties the dialog doesn't appear. Maybe the reason is my OS native languaje (spanish) but I don't think so... any ideas?
