Icons pixelated

Is there anyway to change icons for firefox, aim, photoshop and other stuff to make the not pixlated, kinda like the icons that came with rk luancher

yeah just find some icons from deviantart.com that are in the .ico fromat

than right click properties browse for icon.

The other option is to download a free iconchanger for the system and do it that way hope this helps.
