Aqua-Soft ForumsHi im 1 of the people that downloaded rk launcher 0.41 for windows xp and when i downloaded it i noticed that the orginal stacks icon was a little blurry so i tried changing it and when i did that the icon just vanished and now for the icon its just a blank space so if any of you know how to fix that problem plz help me.

you have to edit the icon path in the itemlist.

in the itemlist conf file, change the slashes (/) in the icon filepath to backslash () using a text editor (notepad?). you should close rk launcher first before doing this. when you open rk launcher, tou should see your stacks icon in the dock...

You go to itemlist.conf file - open it with editor - scroll down to your kkmenu thingy - edit the path of the KkMenuIconFileName to the path of your icon.
If that doesn´t work I have ne idea.

Probably best to use ObjectDock if you want to emulate stacks for now, at least until Kk Menu works properly in RK Launcher.
get the standalone version if you use RK Launcher
note it is buggy compared to the od docklet... tutorial is included inside the file (use the "Using the KkMenu with the Stardock Object Dock" Section for the installation instructions)
This is the easy way : RKLauncher-->Icon folder--->stacks.png,replace it with any icon that you wish to use,don't forget to rename it with the same as before (stacks.png),goodluck

There's no way to have the stack curve in windows, and there's no coverflow/finder clone.

Just use BootCamp and install Windows in your macbook (keeping Mac OS X, I mean dual boot) then you can have both a fake Mac OS X and a real Mac OS X in the same machine
