Yes, I agree indeed it looks awesome but I think I will stick with the real Safari Beta for Windows XP for now.

'Cause i used Aronnax "Mac-only" themes and they worked fine and looked damn good!
I want to try this one, but i can't find it in any other place but in mozilla.org... which doesn't allows me to download it...
I'd even install Firefox beta 3.0 if i can have this nice theme!

Personal Menu doesn't works with FF 3.0 so i'll maybe extract the resources and port it to FF2

Hey guys! I've got it to work on FF2 with Nightly Tester Tools...
It has 3 main issues:
a) It doesn't shows scrollbars
Bookmarks bar looks weird
c) Tabs bar doesn't work! (which is the worst issue, i think)
I don't wanna switch to FF 3.0b1, so i'll be looking the css files and stuff to see if i can fix it... but i dunno too much about firefox themes... can anybody help?

Open the theme up, find the scrollbar.css (not exact name) and switch it with one from a theme that works on windows.
It's probably best to wait for the final version of Firefox 3 to come out before you start trying to port Proto. At this point, it's not even a complete theme on the Mac.
Let's just be happy with Macfox, Spectrum, and VFox for now.
I've gotten the hide menubar extension to work with ff3 b2 to make this theme look better. go to this link with another browser https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/do...20070527-fx.xpi
save it to the desktop, and rename it to a .zip, extract the zip file, and open install.rdf with notepad,
in the section 3.0a5 change a5 to b2, save, re-zip the files, rename back to .xpi, and drag to the address bar of firefox
I have the grapple theme installed, and it's working perfectly
Instead of going to the link with another browser, you can also right-click the link and choose Save link as...

I just tried the GrApple skin.
There is something I don't understand. Before the "Install Now" links it states "Mac OS X only", however I have just installed it, restarted Firefox and it worked! I have Microsoft Windows XP SP2, which afaik is not a Mac
I'm currently using the Gr4pple on Vista.
