Multiple kkmenu questions to raduking

Hi everyone,

Is raduking still around reading these posts? I would like to know if it is possible that RK launcher isn't coded to handle multiple instances of the same docklet? We all know kkmenu displays a class error when we launch RKLauncher and tehre is more than 1 kkmenu in the Dock. So we can't have two instances of kkmenu named the same thing. the class that is declaring it is named kkmenu...so two kkmenu items is going to give you a class error which is exactly what we are getting when we launch RKLauncher. How could we solve this? Is it related to RKLauncher or is it a kkmenu thing?

Thanks for any replay. We really want RKLauncher to run without displaying this error AND with more than 1 kkmenu :P

Doesn't the latest version of KKMenu let you have multiple menus?

The easiest solution is to get the older free version then set up different shortcuts and configure the arguments. That's I use it in Explorer. My links toolbar consists of all drop down KKMenus

That simple solution also prevents icons from being showed up. When I click kkmenu it pops up my application's links with no icons.

Maybe running something extra when RKLauncher is launched to accept those 2 errors silently... hmmm

In the older version you have to set the icon in the Menu Editor unless it's a folder menu.

If you Right click on the menu when it pops up it will open the Menu Editor. Paste the link or browse for the icon under the image section.
