Mac Skype look for PC version

I like Mac style of Skype. Windows version is just a disgrace. Does anyone know how I can change the look of PC Skype to Mac Style Skype.

So I want my Skype look like this

(offtop: I just don't understand why all apps for windows has ugly interfaces while their Mac versions are so nice looking and convenient.)
