Here's a little tutorial I made last night after figuring out how to have more then one stacks on the Dock. It's kind of confusing, but I think you can understand it

I'm sure I'm being ignorant here, but I've never had any problems with adding multiple KkMenu docklets with rocketdock. Is this a problem that's isolated to RK Launcher?

Yes, if you add a KkMenu you get errors and it wont let you add the stack, which is why you need to make a copy of the KkMenu so you have 2. And even still, you get an error message when RK opens. Hopefully there will be an easier way in the future.

It would be better if Mail icon was with red batch and small number instead of big red number above the icon.

Sorry alabanco, I replay about this in another discussion. Here is what I have gotten so far:
Is there any way I could try not to get the kkmenu error when i start RKLauncher? I have 3 kkmenu running right now but I receive 2 errors when i open RKLauncher.
Can I take a look into RK Launcher code or should I contact RKauding as well before I attempt to "fix" this issue?
So far I'm just photoshoping Tasks icons so it displays the rught icon everytime you open (run) a specific application... That's the bar on top of RK Launcher in my screenshot. So far it recognizes (displays) 32 custom icons for running applications.

Somehow OffTopic but IIRC the 2d dock in leopard has no mirrored icons, but just normal ones.

You know what's weird? I tried following your instructions but to no avail. I'd get the error and I delete the text in the item list.. which didn't work for me, so I ended up deleting the copy of the kkmenu.
Fooled around and eventually ended up with two seperate stacks, no errors and one copy of kkmenu in the docklets folder.

Can you share your RK Launcher folder with us?
It would be interesting seen that happening. I'm not saying it is impossible but as far as I'm concerned RK Launcher isn't coded to handle multiple instances of the same docklet. Would you mind sharing you RK Launcher Folder?

Don't go overwriting anything just yet, you might want to look at my itemlist file and see if there's anything that stands out.
The stackdocklet is in there as well, so I'm running two kkmenus and the stack.

edit- come to think of it, the only problem I do get is that my kkmenu titles will default if I restart RKL. Minor nitpick since I don't need the label but I just wanted to point it out.
ie: I call the menu "TV" but it'll revert back to "kkmenu," even if I manually change them inside the itemlist file.

You are using RK Launcher 0.40
and we are working with the Nightly build 0.41 (Aladdin's Effect doesn't work with 0.40)
Haha oh man, I thought I was using the latest build. I'll see if I can recreate the same effect for .41. Thanks for the headsup!
