I have read the faq, and installed the leopard raats folder in the correct location, but it still displays incorrectly.
If you look at the image below you can see the part on the right side is too small, is this wrong?

Not sure what you mean about the 'right hand' side... The buttons are laid out to the Leopard template so the spaces have been dictated to by the Apple OS X app.
I am sure I might be missing your point, so if you can be more specific, I can possibly give you a better answer

go to the particular styler skin folder, in your case leopard, open toolbar.ini (notepad?), look for this line --- addressEdit=SearchEdit.png, 600,-1,-1 ---, replace 600 (or whatever is the default number) with let's say 500, then save. refresh/re-open the styler skin... if not satisfied with the location, change 500 to another number (it is the distance/measure in pixels from the left edge of the window)...
