How do I extract IconPackager icons?

i'm wondering if anyone knows how extract icons from IP packages?

I maybe wrong, its been ages since I've used that, but I believe you can just rename the extension to .zip and just extract it.

Well i did what you say and two files were inside: mmmm.ICL and mmmm.IPTHEME

then i extract the icons from ICL with iconworkshop
