Excluding Mcafee splash screen

i found out that zcfgsvc causes a shadow when i m using yz shadow..

i need to know the classname of zcfgsvc so that i can exclude it.

any help?

edit: i found out that this window is responsible for the problem (see 2nd picture)

how to exclude that??? is there a way to Show the window?

Edit2: I found out how to exclude this window... the window class is #32770

now i have no problems!
