Custom Icon Size in Start Menu

I want to have a custom size of the icons of recently used programs in the start menu in windows XP.Is that possible??

The thing is u can change it either small or large size.Small always remain small...ie 16x16 but the large changes to the size of ur desktop Icons.So suppose i am using a 128x128 size of icons the size of icons of recently used programs also becomes 128x128 which is totally impractical to use.Interstingly the size of Standard icons on the right side(My computer,Music,Documents,help,run etc...) is automatically lowered than the size set for desktop icons.

Start_LargeMFUIcons this is what controls the large size on or off.....but is it possible to create an entry for custom icon size in here and if yes what it could be

and yeah the follwing entry is system specific....u might be having some different entry

To my knowledge this can't (or hasn't) be(en) done no matter how hard you try.

The simplest explanation is that the program menu is tied directly in with explorer. Kill explorer then you don't have access to the menu.

I did see a reg hack over at Kelly's corner on running multiple explorer processes but, IMO you would still have the same issue. The simplest way if it's a big deal is to explore Shell Replacements.
