Hide the zero

hi,

i made myself a little custom bandwidth monitoring docklet and i'd like to know if it's possible to hide the 0 when there is no traffic , i'm using "%.0f" for the format.

one more thing, is it possible to mask the font inside so it is transparent ? i tried to do it with 2 text string, one with a blur and one without, couldn't figure it out.

btw i tried to find what was the syntax of the format string for quite a bit, either i'm blind or it's not explained anywhere.
