RK Launcher - Error creating hooks

hey i install rk launcher but i seem to hav problem getting it to run

anyone hav faced this problem b4? thanks in advance

it happens once in a while but it should be gone after a restart... but it will still appear again randomly

i restarted but still to no avail. could it because i had install some visualstyle?

i meant restart of the pc not rk launcher

is there anything else? I really want to use RKLauncher but the only way i can is if I reinstall it everytime i open my comp...
