Aqua-Soft ForumsHas anyone seen any good books on the new iWork '08? Preferably either the Apple training series, or The Missing Manual series. I'm really falling in love with Keynote '08 and would love to learn how to master it. Been to a couple of book stores but they only had iWork '05 books :slant:

I don't actually think there is sorry. I done some searches on Amazon and loads of other sites for you but to know avail. TBO I think if you buy the '05 book it will have practically the same info in it apart from the new features. Just a business idea, maybe if you became an expert on the '08 series then you would be able to write your own book and make a fortune!

I think the Apple Training Series is supposed to be out at the end of this month. I can't find ANY information on the Missing Manual version, except that OS X Leopard - The Missing Manual will be out at the end of the year. I don't know why it takes so long for the books to come out. You'd think it would be more synced with the actual products so that people could actually learn how to use them when they get the products. I guess I'll get the Missing Manual book at the end of the year but by then we'll all probably already know how to use it 
Oh well, at least we'll have some good reference books. I think I'll do as you suggested and for now just get a Keynote '06 book at the library to learn some of the basics while we're waiting for them to catch up to the '08 version. Thanks. If anyone runs across any '08 Apple books please post their titles here
