Newbie Seeks Help

I'm running WinXP Pro with SP1. After seeing a few of your screenshots, I want to do the same thing to my computer!

I want to mimic the OS X look as closely as possible, with no compromises - save system stability. Performance and speed would be great, but I want to make XP look cool. What should I do? The downloads link on this website keeps bringing me to the same page that the home link brings me to.
