A few .DMG/.SIT icons... (pixelpress)

Hello guys,

I'm new to customizing and don't know how to convert some Mac icons... would appreciate some help.

Just found this site: http://www.pixelpressicons.com/ but icons there are in some .DMG file or something. I really don't know what to do with it (found somewhere a .SIT file too). LOL

Anyone have these packs:

"Chamber Orchestra, A Gentleman's Den, Tombstone Classic, Generic Apps, Pirates, Light Bulb, Cassette, Superstition"

... from the same site converted in .PNG (or .ICO), please??

Or tell me how to convert them by myself.
